MHIFT is a new project at LYWRP
Mental Health Information For Teenagers
We aim to provide information about some of the myths surrounding
mental ill health, as well as providing some sites to look at
if you feel stressed out and have no-one to talk to, or have
any problems you want to talk about in private. If you need advice
on any issue, or are worried about someone you know who you think
may need help: Whatever the reason, it's important for you to
have information about where to go if you need help or advice,
so keep this info safe in case you need it one day. Mental health
is about looking after yourself and your state of mind. That
means trying to recognise when something really bothers you or
upsets you so you can sort it out. It is only when we don't deal
with stuff and bottle it up that our mental health can be affected
and turn into mental illness.
Be smart, keep your mind healthy.
